  • 10 tips and tricks for sending more efficient newsletters
  • Practical workshop: creating a newsletter from A to Z, from conception to sending
  • Performance indicators and types of report depending on what you need to measure

Concrete cases and examples will be studied. To improve content integration, participants will be invited to submit their questions or practical cases the day before the training.
